This recipe describes Jerry and my 26 year relationship with a few stale flavors along the way.

Jerry and I met on February 13, 1981, but our first date was July 10, 1981. I knew when I first saw him at a Valentines Party with one of my best friends that he was not only handsome but a good guy. Although I hate to admit it I was thrilled when he and my friend stopped going out, and I could finally "flirt" with him. We were married on January 02, 1983 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church in Chadron, Nebraska by Reverend Truman Sproles. It was a beautiful simple wedding and cake reception with many friends and family in attendence
